And I have a loooong list of things I want to accomplish and an even longer list of things I need to accomplish.

Maybe, I’ll just sleep when I die? Cuz that’s the only way I’m getting all this stuff done!

Mindset
If you’re always saying, or thinking that there’s not enough time, it’s gonna be pretty hard to break that cycle. I help you create bulletproof mindsets that start to shift your reality until you realize you’ve made it: you have enough time and you love it. Sometimes we look at this from a purely thought-oriented perspective (I like to use tools like the Model by The Life Coach School, and mindset reframing strategies from Marie Chapian and William Backus to name a few) and other times we lean into inner healing to heal your body and mind of memories you had no idea was impacting your time.
Schedule Strategy
There’s more than meets the eye when you’re talking about creating or managing a schedule. There are simple shifts that create huge results but only if you know how. I’ll help you learn the strategies that’ll have you optimizing your time in a way that feels good. It’s no longer either spontaneous or planned. I’ll teach you how to have the best of both worlds in however quantities you want it.
Flowcharts for Personal or Business
When your time feels out of control, its often because you don’t know your unique patterns that are guiding you through life. I love creating flowcharts for my clients (hi, feelers, I see you!) to visualize what’s going on in their body and brain so they can move through emotional regulation quicker and easier…. Freeing up hours of time because that mental and emotional space is also creating you actual time.
Systems + Processes
Have you ever been left wondering how some people just have all their stuff put together? Do you feel guilty or ashamed that you don’t? Like why the heck do the dishes keep piling up no matter how many times you work to clean them up? Sometimes the only reason things aren’t working is because you just don’t have a process in place. I promise, I’m not going to take your spontaneity away, or create systems and processes that are going to feel rigid and heavy. I’ll help you create systems and processes that align with YOU, your specific needs and desires, and if you have one, the needs of your family as well. This is going to free up that mental burden you’ve been carrying around of always trying to remember everything AND create more hours in your week for the things you love doing instead of things you feel you have to do.
Time Boundaries
That might sound like a scary word depending on what you’ve experienced with boundaries in the past. Believe me, I’ll be gentle and meet you where you are. I like to think of boundaries like a gate rather than a twenty foot fence with barbed wire around your heart (thanks Danny Silk for this!). Boundaries CONNECT you… to yourself, to others, and to God (yes I believe in God, but I only bring this into our coaching IF you want it. All are welcome no matter what your spiritual beliefs are. Weekly Calls
You get one-on-one calls with me once a week. This is fully personalized to YOU. Here we’ll create the bulletproof mindsets you need to pave the way for an abundance of time. Some weeks will be slower. Some weeks we’ll focus on the strategies like time formulas, standard operation procedures (SOPs), and other systems and processes to create lushious amounts of time for you.

Others love having a flowchart to be able to recognize the emotional patterns that hold them back and how to overcome those. I love conducting scheduling audits because it’s the strategy that works so well along the mindset work we do together. We’ll always start out your 3-month coaching package with a schedule audit to get a clear picture of how your schedule is working for you and is not. I’ll send you a survey where you’ll share with me all about your relationship with time as well as how many hours you’re working and how many you’d like to work.
Once you’ve completed that, we’ll schedule your first coaching call, and I’ll advise you on how to free up your time. It’ll be a little bit of consulting and a little bit of coaching because of course, I’ll also be looking for what mindsets have been holding you back and keeping you from joyous and abundant amounts of time.
In the end, we’ll have a complete list of things to implement - don’t worry we’ll do this slowly! - so you know exactly what to change. You’ll implement, and we’ll continue to see what’s working and what’s not and make changes along the way until you’ve achieved your time goals whether that’s 10+ hours back to work on a dream project, or an hour to yourself each week without feeling guilty, or just a more loving relationship with your time. -
